General Information

Open from April to October and in the New Year's days. Our apartments are rent from saturday to saturday.
The arrival must be on saturday from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm. After 20.00 it's obligatory notify by telephone and after 24.00 you will pay 50,00 of penalty.

* The apartments must be left before 9.30 am of next saturday.
* Animals are allowed in the apartments CASETTA, LOGGIA, PINETA, ARCHI, LA PIETRA. * VILLA is a private apartment in the main house. It is available all year. * CASETTA, LOGGIA, PINETA and ARCHI are in two farmhouses lower down and approx. 100 m from the pool and the lake.

* LE RONDINI, SCOIATTOLI, LA PIETRA and LE CIVETTE are in a third farmhouse 200 m from the swimming pool and have a communal equipped outdoor area.

All the Apartments have:
* Private Garden * Barbecue * Washing Machine * Oven, Fridge and Freezer * Fire - Place * Public telephone near the manor house.
* Parking area * 3 km food shops. * 3 baby beds available
Near reception is a free Wi-Fi room.
In Villa is a Relax Area, fee and reservation, with turkish bath, sensory shower and whirlpool. On request is possible organize in Villa dinners for 20 people maximum.
