General Informations- The guarantee deposit is 150,00 eur to be payed on the key delivery.
- Heating, gas and light according to consume; final cleaning are to be payed at the end of the location period.
- Animals are allowed in the apartments Casetta, Loggia, Pineta, Archi e Pietra.
- ** Dogs pay 30,00, more the cleaning.
- The swimming pool is open from 1/5 to 30/9, from 10.00 am to 7.30 pm.
- The arrival must be on saturday from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm; the apartments must be left before 9.30 am of next saturday. After 20.00 it's obligatory notify by telephone and after 24.00 you will pay 50,00 of penalty.
- Apartments Rondini, Pietra, Civette e Scoiattoli have a bath with shower in each room.
Payment Modality
- Make a deposit of 25% of the total price and send copy of the bank credit transfer by fax together with reservation form. Bank Fees At Your Charge.
- Full payment within 30 days before thye start of the rent period.
- Penality in case of cancellation: 10% of the price within 45 days before the start of the rent period; 25% of the price within 30 days before the start of the rent period; 90% of the price within 5 days before the start of the period; 100% of the price if cancellation is notified less than 5 days before the start of the rent period.
